Regarding the Domain

The domains: http://www.terrawin.net/ and http://www.landsofterrawin.net are held by Tamris Winden (pseudonym). The domains themselves are free, and hosting is paid through donations by members and through Tamris herself. The domain http://www.landsofterrawin.net is part of the Nornir Rose Network (NRN), owned by Tamris Winden as well.

Donations

Members are not required to donate to Lands of Terrawin RPG at any point before, during or after membership. Lands of Terrawin RPG does not offer benefits, favours or prizes to those who do. Likewise, we do not discriminate against those who do not. Donations are anonymous, and the amount donated will never be disclosed to anyone other than Tamris. Members may receive a tag indicating that they are a Sponsor, if they like; however, this is not a requirement.

Copyright of the Website and Information

All information concerning the world in which Terrawin is played, names, maps and other custom images remain under the personal copyright of Tamris Winden. WE DO NOT GRANT PERMISSION for a third party to make use of the world, IN PART OR IN ITS ENTIRETY, upon another website, game, art or literary work that will NOT BE FEATURED SOLELY on Lands of Terrawin RPG (http://www.landsofterrawin.net).

Additionally, all codes, scripts, layouts/designs or programs found on the site or forums are under express copyright of Tamris Winden, unless marked otherwise.

Offensive Material

Lands of Terrawin RPG may contain material offensive to certain individuals or groups. While we do not promote hate, racism, terrorism, political extremism, illegal activities or discrimination against a certain individual or group, there MAY BE MATURE CONTENT THAT IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13. There are steps in place to ensure that children under 13 do not see inappropriate material, but we WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE IF A PARENT OR GUARDIAN NOTICES A MINOR VIEWING MATERIAL THAT HE/SHE DOES NOT DEEM AGE APPROPRIATE. Additionally, Lands of Terrawin RPG reserves the right to ignore any complaints, angry emails, phone calls or threats to take legal action regarding the issue of offensive or inappropriate content. Parental discretion is advised.

Hosting Terms of Service

Lands of Terrawin RPG will, at all times, uphold the Terms of Service of its host's server. Should a member or non-member post material that violates these Terms of Service, an Administrator reserves the right to remove the content without notice.

Collection and Disclosure of Information

While visiting and using the site, Lands of Terrawin RPG will collect any personal information given (email addresses, instant messenger screen names) or any other information inputted into the Profile text. Additionally, we may collect information regarding your ISP, including your IP address. We do not sell any of this information, however, we do reserve the right to distribute it to law enforcement or other authorities as necessary.
